Red is closest to the water and the worst exposure; violet is farthest inland and the cleanest. The thresholds are yours — set the bands to match your appetite and the whole book recolors instantly.
Closest to coast → farthest inland. Bands are configurable, and the outer three can be turned off entirely.

However the schedule reaches TIVmap — a spreadsheet, the API, or a live feed from your policy system — the four steps after that are the same.
Connect or Import
A CSV or Excel schedule, a REST API call, or a direct connection to your policy administration system. TIVmap flags the rows it could not place.
Geocode
Every address resolves to coordinates. Anything ambiguous surfaces for review instead of silently landing in the wrong county.
Measure
Distance to coastline, proximity TIV at each radius tier, and FEMA flood zone are computed per location.
Decide
The book renders as a banded map with rollups. You see the accumulation, adjust the thresholds, and quote.
